Dear DBFN Family,
Today, our hearts are full of pride! Our very own Angel has been officially nominated for the Namibia Women's National Under-17 Football Team. She will be representing her country in the upcoming World Cup Qualifiers organized by the Namibia Football Association (NFA).
Years of Dedication and Growth
Angel's journey is a testament to long-term commitment. As the godchild of Gitta & Thommi, she joined our academy as early as U9. Seeing her evolve from a young beginner into a national-level athlete is a beautiful milestone for all our coaches and supporters.
"Angel is the perfect example of hard work and discipline. She never gave up, even when things got tough. Her nomination is not just her own success, but a signal to all our children: with passion, anything is possible!"
Empowerment through Sport
Moments like these highlight the importance of consistent support and a nurturing environment. Angel has distinguished herself through hard work, passion, and discipline – qualities we strive to instill in all our players.
Before she headed off to the training camp in Windhoek, we met with Angel and her parents to wish the entire family success and joy for this next chapter.
We are incredibly proud of you, Angel! The whole DBFN family is rooting for you. Go Angel!
